Vendor Booth Location

Each applicant will receive booth number emailed prior to the event. We CANNOT honor location requests, spots are first come first serve basis. 

Vendor Parking Info

Vendors must park ONLY in assigned vendor parking; parking passes will be given out at arrival. All vehicles MUST be moved to the vendor parking area by 8:35 am. Vehicles will not be allowed in the vendor area after 8:30 am on Saturday. 

Insurance & Liability 

All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance OR read and sign the attached waiver. Please fill out the vendor application completely.

Craft Booth Space & Prices 

12’ wide  x 10’ deep spaces  non electric: $50

12’ wide x 10’ deep spaces  with electricity:  $60 

Food Truck & Vendor Prices

Food Trucks/Trailers/Cookers non electric: $100 

Food Trucks/Trailers/Cookers electric:  $150  

Refund Policy 

Vendors fees are non-refundable unless your booth is denied by Pikeville-Bledsoe Fall Festival. Fees will be refunded if your booth is denied. We reserved the right to deny any booth.

Vendor Information 

No Inappropriate Items 

This is a family-friendly event. Do not bring or sell inappropriate items. 

Sales Tax Information

Each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax of 9.25%.

What to Bring 

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, power strips, electrical cords, tie downs for tent, etc.

Payment Options 

We do not take online payments. Cash or Check only.  Checks can be written to Pikeville Fall Festival.

Vendor Booth Cleanup 

Each vendor is responsible for leaving their vendor area in the same condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.

Where can I drop my vendor application and fee at?

You can drop them off at the Pikeville-Bledsoe County Chamber of Commerce office, located at Pikeville City Hall from Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm CST. Or you can mail them to P.O. Box 205 Pikeville, TN 37367

Can I choose where I have my booth?

No, vendors are placed on a first come, first serve basis. You will be emailed prior to the event what your booth number is. 

Is there a maximum number of vendors?

Yes! Spots fill up fast, reserve your spot ASAP. 

Where & When is the Festival?

It is held Saturday, October 5th starting at 9am CST in downtown Pikeville, on Main Street.
